JFL v DHS, ICE (Palantir Surveillance Tech)
Just Futures Law has filed a FOIA lawsuit seeking to compel DHS and ICE to release records on their use of Palantir surveillance tech to target community members for arrest and deportation. The lawsuit seeks records about key Palantir tech products including: the ELITE app, the ImmigrationOS platform and the Investigative Case Management system. Palantir has helped build the backbone of ICE's deportation machine and these products and systems are part of it.
